Additionally, High Tech Outpost ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, (Additional fee may apply) but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • Return Policy

  • All new products have a 30 day warranty. After 30 days contact the manufacture. New old products, used old products and refurbished old products have a 15 day warranty. Old products are products that are over 5 years old.

    Non warranty returns may have a 15% restocking fee and may be charged the actual shipping charge to you. The owner will decide that on a per case basis. Products with serial numbers will be written down before shipping. All returned items will be tested. User error is not considered warranty.
